Most picture galleries have a small explorer-like datatree for Themes. Visipix offers you 3 very large trees. You can combine the selections, to pinpoint e.g. the Alaska photos of Marius Becker.
Each museum has its own unique datatrees.
A keyword search resembles a library where you tell an assistent that you want "Rembrandts nightwatch".
Then he goes into his archive and he has it or he does not have it.
A datatree search resembles your visit to an open library, checking e.g. for "Nature", then looking for "Animals". You see what they have. Maybe it is exactly what you wanted, but usually you find a lot more than what you expected.
